The Club18 Head
The Club18. Eighteen watts of incredible tone. A tone that is pure, but pure EAST at the same time. This will allow you the pleasure of having all your guitars sound as individualas they should, while being enveloped in the sound and feel of your EAST Amp. The amp is a two “mode” amplifier having a “rhythm” mode and a “solo” mode, which can be activated via a footswitch. In the rhythm mode, the Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass and Master controls are active, enabling you to set the preamp level, tone and overall volume of the amp for your rhythm needs. When switched to the “solo” mode, the above controls remain active, while control of the overall volume level of the amp is switched to an alternate “Gain Master” control, allowing you to raise the overall volume of the amp for soloing. There is also an additional Gain control that is activated in this mode. This control is pre-Volume control and allows you to dial in increased amounts of gain in the front end to saturate your tone even more during solos. (Note: If the footswitch is not used, the amplifier reverts to the “solo” mode so that you may have access to all the front end gain available. No need to use it however, as the Gain control can merely be set to its minimum position, which will emulate the “rhythm” mode)
The Club18, having eighteen “Bober Watts” is capable of easily covering most midsized gigs and if necessary, a little foldback in the monitors from your favorite monitor mixer should be all you’ll need to have your EAST Tone at any necessary stage level.
