The Club18 Head

The Club18. Eigh­teen watts of incred­i­ble tone. A tone that is pure, but pure EAST at the same time. This will allow you the plea­sure of hav­ing all your gui­tars sound as indi­vid­u­alas they should, while being enveloped in the sound and feel of your EAST Amp. The amp is a two “mode” ampli­fier hav­ing a “rhythm” mode and a “solo” mode, which can be acti­vated via a footswitch. In the rhythm mode, the Vol­ume, Tre­ble, Mid­dle, Bass and Mas­ter con­trols are active, enabling you to set the pre­amp level, tone and over­all vol­ume of the amp for your rhythm needs. When switched to the “solo” mode, the above con­trols remain active, while con­trol of the over­all vol­ume level of the amp is switched to an alter­nate “Gain Mas­ter” con­trol, allow­ing you to raise the over­all vol­ume of the amp for solo­ing.  There is also an addi­tional Gain con­trol that is acti­vated in this mode. This con­trol is pre-Volume con­trol and allows you to dial in increased amounts of gain in the front end to sat­u­rate your tone even more dur­ing solos. (Note: If the footswitch is not used, the ampli­fier reverts to the “solo” mode so that you may have access to all the front end gain avail­able. No need to use it how­ever, as the Gain con­trol can merely be set to its min­i­mum posi­tion, which will emu­late the “rhythm” mode)

The Club18, hav­ing eigh­teen “Bober Watts” is capa­ble of eas­ily cov­er­ing most mid­sized gigs and if nec­es­sary, a lit­tle fold­back in the mon­i­tors from your favorite mon­i­tor mixer should be all you’ll need to have your EAST Tone at any nec­es­sary stage level.
