Our 12/10 extension cabinet is loaded with two 12″ and two 10″ drivers in an “X” configuration. The cabinet is constructed of solid pine, with a half open, half closed configuration. The bottom half is closed and contains one 10″ and one 12″ driver, while the top half is semi-open and also contains one 10″ and one 12″ driver, with a separating baffle. The cabinet is loaded with our proprietary Reference10 and Reference12 drivers and has all the punch and volume you would expect from a 4x12 style cabinet, but with exceptional clarity and uniqueness of tone. The full range impedance is 8 ohms, but the 12’s and 10’s can be accessed independently, each with a 16 ohm impedance. With fantastic tone and 6 different close micing possibilities, this cabinet will quickly become your favorite.
